  The waiter sucked. Snappy and kind of rude. Took forever to get drinks and then even longer to order. When we did get our food it was warm at best. The cook is amazing though! I got the crawfish enchiladas and they were the best enchiladas I ever put in my mouth! Would defiantly go back and hope for better service just to put those enchiladas in my mouth again.

  Drive the extra mile to eat somewhere else!
  I brought my family here for New Year's dinner. It wasn't super busy and we were seated immediately. Once seated, we sat for quite a while with no one to order from, not even drinks. Once we were able to order, the food came out slow, and our cups sat empty for the majority of dinner. The food is mediocre at best so not really worth the wait. They also forgot to enter a to go order of 1 entree that we ordered so the wait got even longer. We were given the excuse that they were short in the kitchen but the kitchen had nothing to do with empty glasses and forgotten orders so it's frustrating they were trying to play the blame game.
  This visit was a good reminder why we had only been here once before in the last year. If you don't mind slow service for mediocre food, this may be the place for you.

  We arrived at the restaurant and the waitress came over to our table. Immediately the manager came over and told her to go to the back ,that he had our table. We questioned what was wrong with her helping us. He said he had to give her a talking to because someone had made a complaint. She was openly very embarrassed. The lady at the table next to us said she had waited on them and was a great waitress and they had witnessed what had taken place, and the other customers were real jerks and it was not the waitresses fault. We told the manager she would be fine waiting on us. She, Autumn, returned and she was an awesome waitress!
  She was smiling and sweet, kind polite and made sure we had everything we needed.
  
  The cook on the other hand did not do a great job. The queso was soupy and runny could not even spoon it, the chips with it were burnt and my friends order was all screwed up. But Autumn made the order right by bringing what was needed in side dishes.
  
  The manager is too young and immature, he is not ready to be a manager and does not know enough to not jump on his staff immediately, that sometimes customers are just jerks and it may not be the waitresses fault. He also jumped on her for the complaint and the complaint was actually about things that she was not responsible for.
  
  Morelia's has gone through a heavy staff turnover since they opened in Pflugerville and with things like this going on they will not last.

  I ordered chicken fajitas, they were delicious. My wife ordered the grilled pork chops which were so tough, she couldn't eat them. The manager apologized, removed it from the bill and took my wife's order for something else. It took another 20 minutes so we took her order to go. The AC never shut off so we were uncomfortable as well while waiting.
  Our dining experience was ruined, the whole meal should have been comped. Too many other places to eat.
