- 1 / 5By Luis BonetThe past several years has seen this Chili's location become worse than mediocre. We've had good service in the bar area but as far as the restaurant part is concerned we've not encountered good service. One time we waited twenty minutes just to be seated and the restaurant was empty since it was between 4:30-5. Tonight has been by far the worst experience. The service was very slow, one of our orders was not served together but rather it was served during different times during the entire meal experience, and finally we were served/charged for a single portion of COLD fajitas to share instead of a portion meant for two to share. When we complained to the manager, she rude and disrespectful. We will not be giving this location another chance.June 22, 2016
