Gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried it once again. Bad experience. Customer service was poor. Employees were not polite or made an effort to accommodate. In my two experiences, food was either low which requires you to wait 5-10 minutes or employees were not willing to make more at the time which limits your options. Will definitely be the last time I got to this chipotle. It is absolutely worth the 5 extra minutes to drive to the Round Rock location.January 09, 2017
